Here is how to adjust the line thickness and color of the entire drawing.

A) choose layers list widget
B) zoom out to show entire drawing on the CRT
C) select the entire drawing

I suppose you want to use ttf fonts in LibreCAD. This is not supported. There is a command line tool to convert ttf to lff, the LibreCAD font format. You get an outline only. You can explode the resulting text and try to fill it with a solid hatch, works sometimes.
ttf2lff:https://forum.librecad.org/Using-ttf2lff-for-windows-tp5708647.html
I didn't get it to work, maybe you will.

Not out of the box I think.

You can use the List entities plugin.
Select everything and then trigger the plugin and press ENTER to accept the selection.
You can copy/paste the output and extract INSERT entities, those are the blocks.
The entity properties also contain the block names.

Nachtrag, habe nun mein AutoSketch letzte Version wieder aktiviert.

It is possible to use LibreCAD, but with issues.
You can place a bitmap image on a background layer, and draw and place and move CAD entities on layers above the image.
But LibreCAD has the issue that if you want to select an entity/line with the mouse for some CAD operation, always the image underneath will be selected instead. There are workarounds, but it makes things complicated. You can't just drag an implant template with the mouse to a desired position.
You might give it a try to see if it suits your needs.
QCAD , of which LibreCAD is a fork and similar, does not have this issue. It is not Open Source, but not expensive. There is a free community edition with some limited features.

 Hi.

I had the same problem and solved it as follows:

a. open settings

b. change document settings

c. check that a unit measure is specified for the *document*. My document did not have a unit ('inches', in my case) specified, although the program settings did have 'inches' checked.

d. close all popup windows, accepting changes as necessary.
