This was a mistake, the latest 2.2.1_alpha was overwritten by an experimental build of a different branch.
I fixed this, now the latest master is available again as LibreCAD-Installer-x64-2.2.1_alpha-311-g17fabaff.exe

It's been changed. The new version can be toggled from the command line (find the new button).
A restart is no longer required.

Hi, very impressed with appearance but hoping it's use can be a little more keyboard driven?
My question is about the following quote from previous question response,

This is apparently an old feature that was disabled, yet it still seems to work fine". Is this still the case as I cannot find this option?

I removed the layer / block list selection background color option,
because you can set that with a style-sheet now;
actually, you can manipulate all aspects:

QTableView

}

Simply save that as arbitrary.txt and choose it in Widget Options.

Today I added a double-click menu;
I'm not finished working on it, but it's complete enough to be useful.
I still need to organize the offered actions, and add the snap actions.

dxli and I eliminated some memory leaks that were exposed thanks to the new static analysis provided by maqifrnswa.

Qt 5.6.0 was released a few days ago, and I have built 2-1-0_alpha-04 using it.

It supposedly has superior support for high resolution screens, and fully supports Windows 10 now.

When drawing a dimension line for architektural purposes I set the dimension line extension to "fixed", as is the habit there. This possibility was introduced in 2.08 and worked there. In later nightlies and 2.09 it didn't any more. You can set it in the configuration tab but it is not shown in the drawing properly, as if not set. I have added a picture of as it appears in a newer nightly (as is) and in 2.08 (should be). The should be regards the extension line only, zero suppression is better in the newer version. Also added picture of settings tab and example dxf.
OK, I will use a GitHub account for issues next time. And for suggestions "suggestions and feedback" in the forum, right?

to give you some boost, I can also tell you that the left-click in drawing area offering the last used drawing commands proves to be very useful, especially if you use the categories toolbar. In practical drawing you use the same commands repeatedly.

I was also planning on making icons,
which would solve the toolbar sizing issue.

Are you talking about the infinite lines in the "construction" layer mode (#)?
I reported it https://github.com/LibreCAD/LibreCAD/issues/625
dxli will likely be the one who solves that.

gui right-left

In nightly ...g158f2ec from Dec18 I found the left-right-on-off choice in the dockwidgets-tab quite useful.

In my layout it allowed me to get rid of the upper same task longitudinal bar, which would cover parts of the main tab if I went to fullscreen (F11).

Also I could not move it into the vertical columns left-hand as they are widened unnecessarily.

By the way, "fixed extensionline length" still doesn't work any more. Or is it only in my installation somehow?

Hi ravas,
thanks for the scrollbars off option. That gave me a good day. As you can imagine, I immediately downloaded and installed the nightly and switched the sliders off. Not only saves drawing space but also looks much better.
Sad there has been so little response to the request, must be frustrating for you. Perhaps it got a bit lost in that thread. Anyway, you have given at least me some joy.

Thanks guys! Here is a look at the latest default layout,
which is more compatible with smaller screens and lower resolutions.
However, this screenshot also excludes the scrollbars (a new option requested by dellus).
Surprisingly, excluding the scrollbars significantly improves panning performance.

It looks like nabble is now limiting the size of images >_<

In 2.0, there are "parallel line (by distance)" and "Parallel line through point". At least we should provide both features.

Layout may change after more experimenting. Good fullscreen is possible now, i just cant get an advantage of it in my present arangement. What about a possibility to get rid of the sliders? With the zooming toolbar they are not really needed.
